Description

The dough SHEETER machine DG-3 is designed to mechanize the process of rolling laminated and stiff dough with a humidity of at least 35% for the production of prosphora, pastry, and laminated culinary products. The dough is placed on the feeding tray and pushed towards the rollers. It passes between the rollers and falls off the back of the conveyor, which returns it to the operator. Dough rolling should be done in several stages: from the maximum allowable gap to the desired thickness. The machine has height-adjustable supports, electronic gap adjustment between the rollers, and a convenient foot switch.
