Description
Prover is designed for proofing dough pieces before baking in catering establishments, either independently or as part of technological lines. The cabinet body is made of stainless steel, and the doors are made of glass. It is equipped with a gastronorm container for water GN 1/1(GN1/2) 65mm. There is an option to adjust the guides for trays 400×600 mm and for gastronorm containers GN 1/1 on narrow spacing, where the guides are adjusted for trays 442×325 mm and for gastronorm containers GN 2/3. The proofing cabinet is delivered on a wooden pallet, wrapped in stretch film, and packaged in a cardboard box.
